At the Paris Peace Conference in 1919, most of Europe’s current borders were drawn up. The bicephalic monster, as it was called, the dualAustroHungarian Monarchy, was divided based on the international law of peoples to “selfdetermination.” Thus, Hungary lost large territories, while Poland was recognized as an independent state, obtaining territory that included Great Poland and access to the Baltic Sea through the Polish Corridor. Ukraine did not exist at the mass of the great divisions and dissection of the dying empires. Moreover, Russia which had already bolshevized itself was invited as a dialogue partner in the process of achieving peace.
Basically, the four big ones Lloyd, Clemenceau, Orlando, and Wilson, drew the demarcation lines of over a hundred states.
The Paris Peace Conference of 1919 led to the collapse of great empires and the emergence of new states such as Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Turkey, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland and Yugoslavia, along with the territorial reconfiguration of other nations. Stupor, Ukraine did not exist at the Great Division.

More specifically, in March 1921, the Soviet-Polish War ended with the Treaty of Riga. There followed the most terrible famine, which resulted in the death of over a million inhabitants.

But today Vladimir Putin claims that Ukraine will lose the „territories that belonged to Romania, Poland and Hungary.”

Poland, eastern territories. Hungary, the space of Transcarpathia. Alsace and Lorraine were returned to France by the Allies.

Returning to the great understandings that are being made to break up after a while, Eastern Europe has suffered enormously from backstage games. Lost territories, Soviet occupations, puppet regimes, plundering of the economy, censorship, and the impoverishment of the populations, this has lagged behind agreements between the great powers.
The year 1989 was supposed to be the year of the liberation from the Soviet web of many states, but also the redraw of influence maps. Freedom from the former Soviet tsar was negotiated between Gorbachev and Bush Senior.
Biden’s U. S. forgot about its nonaggression agreements with Russia. In the days of Yeltsin and Clinton, there was a US-Russia Council with headquarters in Moscow and Washington.

Ethnic tensions increased in the eastern region of Ukraine only after the NATO Summit in Bucharest in 2008, when Bush Jr. brought into discussion Ukraine’s request for membership in the North Atlantic Alliance. Russia invaded South Ossetia as a wake-up call, the paramilitary divisions Azov and Bandera attacked Russian communities in Donbas.

Based on good traditions of cooperation with Moscow, Angela Merkel has prepared two successive conferences in Minsk, both of which failed. The Americans had their eye on millions of hectares of agricultural land, on rare-ocean lands, on the Ukrainian port. The big American companies, Mountupet, Cargill, Black Stone, Monsanto said present at the new policy of puppet administration in Kiev, attracting foreign investors.
The third conference in Minsk could have been the last if the Americans had not twisted it. “We go to war,” says the legend that Biden told Putin in Geneva three months before the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian army.
