Russia Launches Investigation into Ukrainian Aggression; Putin Monitors Events in Real Time

In a decisive response to recent provocations, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov has announced the launch of an investigation by the Russian Investigation Committee into the unprecedented Ukrainian attacks carried out in recent days.
